Degree in Law from the School of Law of the University of Coimbra<\/p>\n

Professional Profile<\/h4>\n

In 1968, he joined the Judiciary at the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office, in the District of Lobito, and went on to join the then Ministry of Corporations and Social Security.<\/p>\n

In August 1974 he joined the Confederation of Portuguese Industry (CIP) as a founding technician, focusing his activity in the field of collective labour relations and the intermediation of labour conflicts in a wide range of industries.<\/p>\n

He is a founding partner of SMFC where, in addition to managing several companies, he has been developing forensic activity with special emphasis on Labour and Administrative Law and in the field of mediation and arbitration.<\/p>\n
